1. Operator

The Service is operated by «IMEX INDUSTRIAL GROUP CA» MCHJ (TIN 312 616 547; address: г. Ташкент, Алмазарский район, МФЙ Гани Азамов, улица Галаба, дом 9), “we”. Personal data is processed under our privacy policy.

2. Rules of use

By using the Service you agree to:

• post only accurate information about your company, product, price and delivery terms;
• not publish goods or material prohibited by law, and not infringe the rights of others;
• treat other participants with courtesy;
• not share access to your account, and not create new accounts to get around a block.

3. Unacceptable content

Abusive, threatening, fraudulent or illegal content is not tolerated in the Service: listings, messages, reviews and profiles. Such content is removed and its author can be blocked. Reports are handled within 24 hours.

4. Reports and moderation

You can report a listing, a tender, a profile, a review or a single message from the “Actions” menu. Moderators review the report, may remove the content and may restrict the offender’s account. We notify you in the Service’s notifications when your report has been handled.

5. Blocking users

You can block another company or user from the same menu. After a block, their listings leave your lists (and your colleagues’, if you act for a company) and chats with them close. A sealed lot, a tender before its pick and an open purchase request do not name their owner, so they can be reported but not blocked. Deals already under way continue. The list of blocked parties and the “Unblock” button are in your account settings.
